Auto-Closing Locates

Locates can be automatically closed after a certain number of days. This can be configured per utility. All open locates with a given utility will be closed after a specific number of days. This feature is useful if tickets are loaded into the system for reporting purposes, but not to be worked.

Presently this auto-closing based on the age of the locate can be configured only by MWM. Please contact us to request this feature.
