Moving Tickets
One of the most common tasks for managers is to move tickets to and between locators. Often, locators will assign tickets to themselves; however, if a ticket has not been picked up by one of the locators and is still in the unassigned bin, the manager can assign it to a locator. The manager may also choose to move a ticket from one locator to another.
To see unassigned tickets, click on the Unassigned bucket on the left-hand side. A list of unassigned tickets will be displayed in the right panel. To assign one or more of these tickets, select the tickets and simply drag and drop them into one of the locator's bins on the left. The screen will refresh and the number of tickets will be updated on the left-hand side.
