Needs Attention
A ticket that "needs attention" is an emergency or short-notice ticket that has not yet been "acknowledged" by a user.
Each manager has a psuedo-bucket called "Needs Attn". The tickets are not actually located in the Needs Attn bucket. The Needs Attn bucket displays all of the tickets that need attention that are assigned to users beneath the current user in the user hierarchy.
When an emergency or short-notice transmission is received, it is marked as "Needs Attention". Using the Acknowledge feature, a user can resolve a transmission as either "Dispatched" or "No action needed". Once all the transmissions for a ticket are acknowledged, the ticket no longer appears in the "Needs Attention" bucket. If a new transmission that needs attention is received on a ticket, the ticket will once again be flagged as "Needs Attention".
