Ticket Manager
Use the Ticket Manager screen to display the Locators in your hierarchy and to list each Locator's tickets. You can also use the Ticket Manager screen to view additional information for a selected ticket, change the way you view a Locator's tickets, print one or more tickets, and more.
To open the Ticket Manager screen, click the Ticket Man. icon on the TicketRx menu bar. A list of Locators and the bucket for each is displayed in the left panel of the Ticket Manager screen (default). The number of locates and the number of tickets are displayed after each Locator's name. For example, the numbers "(5;2)" listed behind a Locator's name indicates that the Locator has 5 locates across 2 tickets.
To view details for a specific Locator, click on the Locator's name. A list of tickets assigned to the selected Locator is displayed in the right panel. To change the ticket view to display a subset of the tickets, you can select one or more of the criteria shown at the top of the Ticket Manager screen. For additional information, see Ticket Views.

Ticket Number is the default sort column. You can sort the tickets by clicking on any one of the column headers. Clicking a column header sorts the column in ascending order; clicking a column header a second time resorts the column in descending order. In order to view the content of a column, you may need to adjust the column width. To do this, click and drag the vertical line between the column header labels. You can also change the columns that are displayed on the Ticket Manager screen by configuring the grid. Alternately, your system administrator can configure the columns that will be displayed on the Ticket Manager screen.
To determine whether a ticket was sync'd down by the locator to which it is assigned, please look at the Not Sync'd column (it is hidden by default, see configuring the grid for details how to make this column visible). If you see a red warning indicator (
) in this column, this means that ticket was not sync'd yet. If the ticket has not been sync'd then it is not available on the locator's system for them to work. If ticket has been sync'd down by the locator the column will be empty.
This sample shows how the warning indicator appears in the Ticket Manager screen:
To print tickets, highlight the tickets to be printed, right-click on one of the selected tickets, and choose the desired print option from the menu. You can select multiple tickets by holding the CTRL key while clicking on the tickets. Printed tickets will have a Printed status for all users who access the ticket. Any user who accesses the ticket on the Ticket Man. or My Tickets screens will be able to sort according to printed status. The user must sync TicketRx to apply the status.

To view additional information for a ticket, click on the ticket. Information for the selected ticket is displayed in Ticket Information panel at the bottom of the Ticket Manager screen.
To view detailed ticket information, double click on a ticket or click the Details button (located in the lower right corner of the Ticket Manager screen). Details are displayed in the Ticket Detail screen.
In the pane below the grid there is a map displaying all of the matching tickets. Each ticket is represented as a pushpin of the same color used for due date indication. Click on a pushpin to select its ticket, and double-click it to show it in Ticket Detail screen. See Integrated Mapping for more information about mapping in TicketRx.
Use the Refresh button (top left corner) to update information on the screen. The screen is also automatically refreshed when you Sync.
