Ticket Views
The default ticket view on the Ticket Manager screen is "All Open Tickets"; however, there are several other views to choose from. There are three drop-down menus above the list of tickets which you can use to change the ticket view. The first drop-down menu contains "OPEN" tickets, "CLOSED" tickets, and "ALL" tickets. The Second menu allows you to select a time period of the last 7, 14, 21, 30, or 60 days. The third menu allows you to choose between "All", "Printed", and "Unprinted" tickets.
