User Hierarchy
In any organization, there is a hierarchy of people. TicketRx provides for this by allowing users to be arranged in a hierarchy. This hierarchy is shown on the Ticket Manager screen.

After clicking on the Ticket Manager button on the toolbar across the top of the TicketRx screen, you will see the hierarchy that TicketRx uses in the list on your left. All managers and locators are in this hierarchy. Beside each user is a tally of the number of open tickets and open locates assigned to that user. Some tickets have mutliple locates on them, so these two numbers may be different.

By clicking on a user in the list, you will be able to see the entire list of tickets that that user has open. Using the legend at the top of the screen, you will be able to see at a glance what tickets need attention first. This display can be updated from the server by clicking the Sync button. This will synchronize your local computer's data with the data in the main TicketRx database.
