OLAP Navigator

The OLAP Navigator box allows you to customize what data is displayed in the query table. You can customize what data is displayed and how the data is displayed.

To open the OLAP Navigator box, click on the following icon: OLAP Navigator Button You can choose what data will be displayed in the columns and rows by clicking the corresponding button next to each item in the box. The items under the Filter category will not be displayed in the table, but they can be used to filter the data that will be displayed. By clicking on an item, you can choose what data will be displayed; several items have more than one way data can be displayed. Items with checked boxes will be displayed, you can clear all boxes by clicking the None button at the bottom of the box. Once all selections are made, click the OK button to return to the OLAP Navigator box. Then, click the OK button in the OLAP Navigator box to create the new customized table.

Note: Once the new table has been created, the OLAP Navigator box will close.

Depending on which section of the OLAP you are in, the options in the OLAP Navigator box will differ.

OLAP Navigator Options

Locates

  • Term - Terms can be displayed by customer, state or feed.

  • Measures data can be displayed by the following measures:

    • Qty - the number of locates
    • Init On Time - the number of locates initially statused on time
    • Closed On Time - the number of locates closed on time
    • Billing Amount
    • Billing Units
    • Ticket Number - the number of tickets
    • Feet - the number of feet entered for locates
    • Minutes - the number of minutes entered for locates
    • Addresses - the number of addresses on tickets
    • Percent Init - the percent of locates initially statused on time
    • Percent Closed - the percent of locates closed on time
  • Receive Date - displays data based on when locates were received by TicketRx. Receive Date can be displayed by month, week, or for certain days of the month or week.

  • Close Date - displays data based on when locates were closed. Close date can be displayed by month, week, or for certain days of the month or week.

  • Employee - shows what user last worked the locate

  • High Profile - Data can be displayed for only selected high profile statuses.

  • Status - Data can be displayed for only selected statuses.

  • Ticket Types - Data can be displayed for only selected ticket types.

Payroll Hours

  • Project - Data can be displayed for only selected projects.
  • Work Types - Data can be displayed for only selected work types.
  • Employee - Data can be displayed for only selected employees.
  • Measures
  • Status - Data can be displayed for only selected statuses.
  • Work Date - Work date can be displayed by month, week, or for certain days of the month or week.
