Create Shortcuts
In some cases, Java Web Start will automatically create a desktop icon and Start menu entry for TicketRx. To make it do so immediately, open the Windows Control Panel and double-click the Java icon. In the Java Control Panel, click the View button under Temporary Internet Files.
Highlight the application and click the Install shortcuts to the selected application button.

A shortcut should now be on the desktop and in the Start menu.
