Time Sheet Detail

The Time Sheet Detail report shows the line item detail of data entered within the Time Entry system.

The Time Sheet Detail report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Date
  • Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report
  • Work Types - select projects and work types to include in the report
  • Status - specify whether to include all time entries, only entered time entries, only submitted time entries, approved time entries, or denied time entries.

Report Output

The Time Sheet Detail report contains the following fields:

  • Date - date for time entered
  • Status - displays whether the status of time entry was denied, submitted, or approved.
  • Project - project associated to the time entry.
  • Work Type - work type associated to the time entry.
  • Entry Date - date the time entry was entered into the time entry system
  • Start
  • Finish
  • Time
  • Notes
  • App. Date - date the time entry was approved or denied.
  • Approved By - who approved or denied the time entry.
