Time Sheet Exception

The Time Sheet Exception report provides a detailed report of all locates and syncs and locates performed by a user during a given date range.

Parameters

  • Date - The date range for locate information.
  • Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.
  • Exceptions Only - Only list locates that were worked or synced outside of normal business hours.

Report Output

The Time Sheet Exception report contains the following fields:

  • Ticket Number - The ticket number for the locate.
  • Utility - The utility of the locate
  • Status - How the locate was statused in TicketRx
  • Time Worked - The amount of time recorded in the Minutes field of the Ticket Detail screen
  • Synced - When the user synced the locate information with the server.
  • Arrived - The time that the locator arrived on-site
  • Departed - The time that the locator left the site.
  • Time Zone - The time-zone the locator is works in.

A red (shaded) background behind a date/time indicates off-hours work.
