Closed Tickets

The Closed Tickets report displays tickets and locates closed by locators during a specified date range.

A ticket can have multiple locates, with each locate possibly being closed by a different user. This report displays one row for each locate with details of when and who closed it.

Parameters

• Close Date - include tickets closed within this date range
• Ticket Feed - include tickets received from these feeds, or from all feeds if the selection is empty
• Manager - include all users below the selected user in the user hierarchy

Report Output

The Closed Tickets report contains the following fields:

• Ticket Number
• Term
• Utility
• Feed
• Ticket Closed - when the last locate on the ticket was closed
• Locate Closed By - who the locate in this row was closed by
• Locate Closed - when the locate in this row was closed
• Synced Up - when the locate status was synced and saved in the system
