Day In Life Of User
The Day In Life Of User report provides a list of all syncs, notes, question answers and visits by a user. This report can be a helpful tool when analyzing the productivity of locators.
The Day In Life Of User report screen is shown below:
Parameters
- Date
- Manager - Data is provided for the user selected and everyone below the user in the user hierarchy.
- Time zone - The time zone to display in the report
Report Output
The Day In Life Of User report contains the following fields:
- Activity Time - The date and time when an activity occurred
- Activity Type - Recorded activity such as syncs and ticket visits
- Activity Detail - Details about the activity
