High Profile
The High Profile report provides a detailed list of high profile locates.
The High Profile report screen is shown below:
Parameters
- Date
- Customer(s) - Check the box next to the utility, term, or feed to include it in the report.
- Manager - All users listed below the user chosen in the user hierarchy will be included in the report.
- Include ticket history
- Include ticket notes
Report Output
The High Profile report (sample shown below) contains the following fields:
- Ticket
- Utility
- Reason
- Call - call date from the ticket
- Parse - date the locate was parsed from the ticket
- First Status
- Late?
- Close
- Late?
- Due
- Type Of Work
- Excavator
- Address
