High Profile

The High Profile report provides a detailed list of high profile locates.

The High Profile report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Date
  • Customer(s) - Check the box next to the utility, term, or feed to include it in the report.
  • Manager - All users listed below the user chosen in the user hierarchy will be included in the report.
  • Include ticket history
  • Include ticket notes

Report Output

The High Profile report (sample shown below) contains the following fields:

  • Ticket
  • Utility
  • Reason
  • Call - call date from the ticket
  • Parse - date the locate was parsed from the ticket
  • First Status
  • Late?
  • Close
  • Late?
  • Due
  • Type Of Work
  • Excavator
  • Address
