High Profile List

The High Profile List report is useful for viewing all locates that were marked High Profile.

The High Profile List report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Status Date - Date when the tickets were statused
  • Utilities - Lists all utilities in the system. Some of them may not apply to the selected feeds or high profile reasons.
  • Feeds - Lists all feeds in the system. Some of them may not apply to the selected utilities or high profile reasons.
  • High Profile Reasons - Lists all high profile reasons on the system. Some of them may not apply to the selected utilities or feeds.

Report Output

The High Profile List report (sample shown below) contains the following fields:

  • Ticket Number
  • Call Date
  • Feed - The feed that delivered the ticket
  • Utility - The utility that was located
  • Term - The term for the utility
  • Address
  • Excavator
  • Excavator Contact
  • Excavator Phone
  • Excavator Fax
  • Locator
  • Status Date High Profile - The date that the high profile locate was statused
  • High Profile - The description of the high profile locate
