Locate Counts by Status Category
The Locate Counts by Status Category report displays the number of tickets assigned to the locator and a count of locates statused by category for each day in the specified date range.
The Locate Counts by Status Category report screen is shown below:

Parameters
- Date Range
- Manager
- All Activity - All activity is counted, even if the same locate is statused multiple times. If multiple users status a locate, it will be included multiple times in the count. If the same user statuses a locate multiple times, each activity is counted.
- Only closed locates - Only activity which closed a locate is counted. If multiple users close a locate, the locate will be counted multiple times. If the same user statuses a locate multiple times, it will only be counted one time unless it is statused again on a different day or with a different status category.
- Only include last closing visit - Only the last activity which closed the locate is counted. Only closed locates are counted. If a locate is re-opened, it is not counted until it is closed again. Each locate is only counted once. Multiple activities are not counted.
Report Output
The Locate Counts by Status Category contains the following fields:
- Locator
- Date
- Tickets Assigned - The number of tickets which were assigned to the given user. This always includes closed and open tickets.
- Status Columns - The number of locates which were statused with a status belonging to this status category by the user on the given day. The status columns that are displayed are based on the status categories configured in TicketRx.
Note: The tables in this report will wrap to multiple lines if there are many status categories.
