Locates Added Manually

The Locates Added Manually report shows all the tickets that have been entered manually during the selected time frame.

The Locates Added Manually report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Create Date
  • Manager - Data is provided for the user selected and everyone below the user in the hierarchy.
  • Feed - Data is provided for the selected feeds.

Report Output

The Locates Added Manually report contains the following fields:

  • Ticket Number
  • Added Date
  • Utility - The utility for the added locate.
  • Term Code - The term for the utility.
  • Address
  • Added By - The user that added the locate.
  • Now Assigned To - The user that the manually added locate is currently assigned to.
  • Other Locates Belong To - The list of users that other locates on the ticket are assigned to.
