Off Hour Work

The Off Hour Work report compares two sets of times:

  • When users report they are working on their timesheets
  • When users appear to be actually working based on when they sync and when they record work on tickets, labeled as "visits".

This report will identify when users are working during hours that they did not report on their timesheet.

Parameters

  • Date
  • Manager - All users listed below the user chosen in the user hierarchy will be included in the report

Report Output

The Off Hour Work report lists any of the following that were not done during reported working hours:

  • Syncs
  • Creating / Changing Investigations
  • Logins
  • Visits

The Off Hour Work report contains the following fields:

  • Work Type
  • Reference - For example, ticket number for visit
  • Work Time

Also, the time entry submitted for that day will be included in the report as well.
