On Time Performance
The On Time Performance report shows the performance for tickets that are due between two dates, which you can specify. You can also select whether you want to see the tickets from specific customers or feeds.

Parameters
- For Tickets Due Between
- Customers - If no client/feed is chosen, data for all clients/feeds will be included.
- Manager - Includes all users below the selected user in the user hierarchy in the report
Report Output
The On Time Performance report contains the following fields:
- Tickets Due
- Tickets Closed(On Time and %)
- Tickets First Stat.(On Time and %)
- Locates Due
- Locates Closed(On Time and %)
- Locates First Stat.(On Time and %)
