On Time Performance Detail
The On Time Performance Detail Report is the sister report of the On Time Performance Report. The same options are available when preparing the report, only the report shows the individual line item details of which reports were done on time and which were not. On this report, if the line is highlighted in red, this indicates that the ticket is being counted as late. This report provides a way to quickly see what tickets are late, when they were done, and who they were done for.
