Open Load

The Open Load report provides a count of all open tickets and locates by status for each locator.

The Open Load report screen is shown below:

Parameters

Manager - Data for all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.

The Open Load report contains the following fields:

Locator
Tickets Open
Tickets Late
Tickets Due Today
Tickets Due Tomorrow
Tickets Due Later
Locates Open
Locates Late
Locates Due Today
Locates Due Tomorrow
Locates Due Later
District Code - Displays the value configured for the user in the Billing ID field on the Admin/Users screen.
