Service Revenue by Locator

The Service Revenue by Locator report displays the total revenue that was generated by locators under the selected manager in the specified date range.

The Service Revenue by Locator report allows you to see how much service revenue is being generated by each of the locators. This only reports on the amounts charged for additional Services, not working simple one-call tickets.

Parameters

• Date - The date when the tickets were closed.
• Manager - Data is provided for the user selected and everyone below the user in the user hierarchy.

Report Output

The Service Revenue by Locator report contains the following fields:

• Locator - The locator that worked the tickets.
• Number of Closed Tickets - The number of tickets with services on them that were closed by the locator for the specified date range.
• Total Revenue - The total amount of the service charges on all of the closed tickets.
