Special Tickets
The Special Tickets report displays detailed information for several "special" types of tickets.
The Special Tickets report screen is shown below:
Parameters

Received Date - The date the ticket was received by TicketRx.

"Special" Ticket Types - if the box next to the "special" ticket type is checked, detailed information about tickets that are flagged as that type will be included in the report. A ticket does not have to meet all the checked ticket type criteria to be included in the report. Tickets that meet any of the checked types will be included in the report.
- Emergency - tickets flagged as emergencies
- Short Notice - tickets flagged as short notice
- After Hours - tickets flagged as after hours
- Meet - tickets flagged as meet tickets
- Blasting - tickets flagged as blasting tickets
Report Output
The Special Tickets report contains the following fields:

Closed - displays whether or not the ticket is closed.

Status Activity - information about the status activity for the ticket is displayed.
