Ticket Activity

The Ticket Activity report shows the locates statused during a period of time.

  • Activity Closed Date - The date when the locate was statused or visited.
  • Term - The member code for the facilities that were located.

The Ticket Activity report is a Dynamic Report. The number and order of fields in the report can be configured by the user. Also it's possible to specify how to group and sort the records. Filters allow the user to specify additional criteria to control what records appear in the report.
