Tickets Closed Count

The Tickets Closed Count report displays the number of tickets closed by locators during a specified date range.

A ticket can have multiple locates, with each locate possibly being closed by a different user. A ticket may be counted more then once if it has locates that were closed by different users.

The Tickets Closed Count report screen is shown below:

Parameters

• Date
• Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.
• Include Non Billable Activity - Include locate activity that is not billable.

Report Output

The Tickets Closed Count report contains the following fields:

• Locator
• Number Of Tickets Closed - The total number of tickets closed by each locator.
