Ticket Question - Answers

The Ticket Question - Answers report displays ticket and locate-level questions and answers that were provided when the locator was working the ticket.

Parameters

  • When Answered
  • Manager - The report will include data for the selected user and everyone below the user in the hierarchy.
  • Questions - Only the selected questions are included in the report.
  • Customer(s) - Only tickets for selected the feeds or term codes are included in the report.

Report Output

The Ticket Question - Answers report contains the following fields:

  • Ticket Number
  • Locate - Utility and term code for the locate (only for locate-level questions)
  • User - Locator who answered the question.
  • Synced Up - When the answer was saved.
  • Status - Locate status (only for locate-level questions)
  • Question
  • Answer
