Ticket Questions

The Ticket Questions report displays the ticket question information that is collected when a locator works a ticket.

The Ticket Questions report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Answer Date - The date when the questions were saved.

Report Output

Note: Only answers that have been used in the relevant tickets are displayed in this report.

The Ticket Questions report contains the following fields:

  • Question - This field lists each question.
  • Answer - This field lists each answer available for the question. Questions and answers are grouped together.
  • Ticket Count - This field lists the count and percentage that each answer has been used.
