Tickets by Response Code
The Tickets by Response Code report lists the details of positive responses that were sent for tickets matching the selected criteria. It is useful for getting a list of all the tickets that used a certain response code. Configuring response codes is discussed in the Admin Feeds section of the documentation.
Viewing Auto-Closed Locates
Among other uses, this report can be used to see the locates that were auto-closed by the system. The Locator column on the report will have a value of System if a locate is auto-closed by the system. This approach will only work if the statuses used to auto-close tickets are configured to generate positive responses.
Parameters
- Date - When the responses were sent.
- Customer - Lists all customers in the system. Some of them may not apply to response codes or feeds selected.
- Response Code - Lists all response codes in the system. Some of them may not apply to the customers or feeds selected.
Report Output
The Tickets by Response Code report contains the following fields:
- Ticket Number
- Utility - The utility that was located.
- Term - The term for the utility.
- Locator
- Street Address
- City
- State
- Status Code - How the locate was statused in TicketRx.
- Response Code - The response code value that was automatically sent from TicketRx to the call center for this locate.
- Response Date - The date that the response was sent from TicketRx.
- Reply - The reply from the one call center as a result of the response code.
