Tickets Closed By Excavator

The Tickets Closed By Excavator report displays the number of locates closed by State, Excavator, Ticket Type and Status during a specified date range.

A ticket can have multiple locates, with each locate possibly being closed with a different status. A ticket may be counted more then once if it has locates that were closed with different statuses.

The Tickets Closed By Excavator report contains the following fields:

• State
• Excavator
• Ticket Type
• Status Code
• Billing Amount - the total amount billed for locates closed with the corresponding status
• Billing Units - the number of billing units for locates closed with the corresponding status
• Locates Count - the number of locates closed with the corresponding status

Because of the size of the Tickets Closed By Excavator report, it is only available to be run in the CSV.ZIP output with the "Email When Done" option.

The CSV.ZIP output breaks the report into several smaller CSV files (named part_1, part_2, part_3, etc.), with each file contains 10,000 rows. The CSV files are then combined into a ZIP file before being emailed to the user.
