Tickets Closed By Manager

The Tickets Closed By Manager report provides the number of tickets that were closed based on which user the tickets are currently assigned to. It is reporting not who closed the ticket, but who the closed ticket is assigned to. The report counts tickets multiple times if there are multiple transmissions for the ticket with different ticket types.

The Tickets Closed By Manager report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Date
  • Feed - only data from the selected feeds will be included in the report. If no feed is selected, data for all feeds will be included in the report.
  • Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.

Report Output

The Tickets Closed By Manager report contains the following fields:

  • User
  • Closed Date - date the tickets were closed
  • Ticket Type
  • Ticket - number of tickets closed

The Tickets Closed By Manager report also contains a daily summary and a summary for all days included in the report.
