Tickets Received By Manager
The Tickets Received By Manager report provides a count of all tickets received by locators under a specified manager for a specified date range by ticket type.
This report counts tickets, not transmissions, so if multiple transmissions are received with the same ticket number and are combined, based on the ticket combining rules, they will be counted as only one ticket.
Since this report is based on what user's bucket a ticket is currently assigned to, the values in this report will change (even for past date ranges) as tickets are moved between user buckets.
The Tickets Received By Manager report screen is shown below:
Parameters
- Date
- Feed - only data from the selected feeds will be included in the report. If no feed is selected, data for all feeds will be included in the report.
- Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.
Report Output
The Tickets Received By Manager report contains the following fields:
- User
- Transmit - date the tickets were received
- Ticket Type
- Ticket - number of tickets received
