Ticket GUI
- Ticket Details button stays enabled after Sync is finished.
- Yahoo! Maps button was replaced with the drop-down command button.
- Text input for the "Meet Date" was replaced with the Date-Time control.
Investigation
- Fixed the bug where it was not possible to add Estimates to a field closed investigation.
- Region field now required during creating or closing investigation.
- "Disputed" field was added to Invoice.
- "Excavator" field required when it is different from the Excavator mentioned in the related ticket.
- "Customer" field required when it is our customer.
Reporting
- First and Last Damage Date were added to the Damage Responsibility Report. Details…
- Locator hierarchy and region available as criteria for the Damage Responsibility and Damage Responsibility Detail reports.
- "Disputed" column was added to the Damage Responsibility Detail report.
- Investigation Detail report shows facility description. Investigation description may be multi-line.

Find
- Added ability to run some reports using the results of the search. Details…
- Added "Clear" button to reset search criteria.
- Fixed bug where Advanced Investigation Search tab was visible for the users without "RISK.VIEW" right.
- "Invoice number", "Paid", "Compromised", "Disputed" and "Check Date" criteria were added to the Advanced Investigation Search tab.
Field Audit Prototype
- A prototype of the Field Audit feature was added. This includes an entry screen, a find tab, and simple reports.

Investigation
- Fixed bug with "Ticket #" field auto population when creating new investigations.
- Do not gray out input fields when creating next investigation.
- Activities in the History tab shown in the same order as in the Investigation Detail report.
Timesheet
- The Today button opens the correct date after several days of client inactivity.
Ticket Management
- Fixed bug where list showed tickets not belonging to the selected user node.
- Fixed bug where locates not assigned to the user selected were moved when tickets were re-assigned in the Ticket Manager screen.
- Drag operations was restricted for the Need Attention Bucket.
Ticket Detail
- Responses are shown in the "Ticket History" tab.
- Yahoo! Maps - Displays map information for the Canadian tickets.
