Version 3.1 - May 2009

Find

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Investigation List and Investigation Summary reports from being run from the Find screen.

Ticket Detail

  • Fixed an issue in which, in some cases, the Question tab was improperly displayed as enabled.

  • Corrected an issue on the Ticket Detail screen to combine all status categories with the same name and display them in alphabetical order.

  • Enhanced the Manual ticket image by including an expanded excavator contact (person, address, contact information), mobile phone provided by the customer, and Legal Land Description.

  • Added the photo Created date/time and the photo Position to the Ticket Detail : Attachment tab. These fields will only be populated for photos that are taken with compatible cameras.

  • Fixed an issue in which the question comment field was not displayed on the Ticket Detail : Work Information pane.

  • Fixed an issue in which the date/time controls were truncated on the Ticket Questions screen.

  • Fixed an issue with the locate grid at the bottom of the Ticket Detail screen where column order and width where not saved when navigating from and back to the screen.

  • Optionally display ticket coordinates in the "Position" field in the Ticket Man, My Tix, and Find screens and in the Ticket Detail - Ticket Data pane.

  • Show the GPS photo data (created date/time and latitude/longitude) in the Ticket Detail - Attachment tab before the photos are uploaded. This will assure the user that the data is being collected as they are attaching photos

Services

  • Enhanced the Short Format for the Service Receipt to include price.

  • Fixed an issue in which the short invoices was printed rather than the long invoice on the Ticket Services screen.

Dashboard

  • Created a Late Ticket Pane in the Dashboard to show open tickets that are late.

  • Made the Open Totals pane in the Dashboard "client - access" enabled.

  • Created a new Damage Ticket pane in the Dashboard to show tickets with a ticket type that indicates they are damages.

Reports

  • Enhanced the Investigation Detail report to include damage ticket, damage ticket attachments, and damage ticket locates. Also extended the Find Investigation screen so that searching by ticket number also searches by damage ticket number.

  • Created the Response Log report to show details about responses that are sent to the one call centers when locates are worked.

  • Enhanced the Ticket Attachment Count report to include the total size of the attachments.

  • Modified the Service Invoice report to include the address2 field from the Contacts tab in the Ticket Detail screen.

  • Added the ticket and attachment position (latitude / longitude) to the Ticket Detail report.

  • Include answers to locate and ticket questions in the Day In Life Of User report.

Areas

  • Added the ability to define Areas with geographic polygons. These polygons are used for routing tickets. The areas and the polygons that define them can be imported and exported as ESRI Shapefile formatted files.

Notifications

  • Created a notification that will be sent if a transmission is received with an earlier date/time than the current date/time on a locate.

Attachments

  • Capture the photo Created date/time and the photo Position when photos are attached. The Position field records the latitude and longitude where the photo was taken. The Position field is only available with GPS enabled cameras and the Created date/time is only captured from some camera models.

Mapping

  • Added the integrated mapping feature to My Tickets, Ticket Management and Ticket Detail screens.

  • Map availability is controlled with user permissions.

  • Users with poor connection to the Internet or limited plans can turn the feature off using the File : Options menu.

  • Map pushpins are colored to match ticket due date color code.

Responders

  • Extended the responder mechanism to allow new attachments to trigger responses. This enables scenarios in which an attachment is added even after an initial response has been sent. With this feature the new attachment can be automatically sent in a new response.

Admin

  • Changed the "State" label on the Admin-Contacts screen and the Enter Ticket screen to be "State / Province".

  • Changed the Conditions tab on the Admin-Questions screen to allow users to sort data by clicking on the column headers.

Version 2.35 - April 2009

General

  • Support "redirects" from busy servers to less busy servers.

Investigate

  • Created feature to auto-populate damage investigations with ticket data.

Admin

  • Created a setting that specifies size limits for reports that include attachments.

Find

  • Improved the performance of ticket searches.

General

  • Added a feature to streamline the image attachment process.

Version 2.33 - April 2009

Ticket Manager

  • Added optional field on the Ticket Management screen to identify which tickets have been sync'd down by the locator.

  • Fixed performance issue that caused a brief delay when tickets were selected on the Ticket Management screen.

Find

  • Created a "Not All Statused" option in the Status field of the Find screen to allow users to easily find which tickets have locates on them that have not been statused.

  • Changed the Find screen reports to allow users the ability to choose which columns to display in the report by adding a configurable grid.

Dashboard

  • Improved header in Open Totals dashboard to include "Ticket Count".

Reports

  • Created option to allow users to include attachments in the Ticket Detail report.

  • Created a "Ticket Question - Answers" report showing answers to both locate level and ticket level questions. The REPORT.TX.QST.ANSW right controls this report.

  • Changed the Lookup Table report, Script Detail report, and Script List report to retain data used for report creation.

  • On the Time Sheet Report, allow users to choose what type of work hours are included in the report.

Time Approval

  • Enhanced the Time Approval screen by wrapping words in the Notes field, making it easier to read.

Admin

  • Fixed fields in the Admin screen to automatically remove leading/trailing whitespace from data values as they are entered.

  • Created Admin Questions module allow adminstrative users to add, view, and edit Questions in the system. To edit the questions, the user must have the ADMIN.QUESTIONS.EDT right and to view the questions the user must have the ADMIN.QUESTIONS.VIEW right.

Version 2.32 - March 2009

General

  • Resolved problem with the resizing feature of PNG attachments.

  • Fixed issue on My Tix screen that wasn't allowing multiple tickets to be statused at the same time.

Admin

  • Fixed issue where users were able to status already closed locates without the TICKET.REOPEN right. (Older versions of TicketRx will not be effected by this update.)

Parsers

  • Upgraded parsers to read latitude and longitude for more formats.

  • Update parsers to automatically translate quarter-minute-grid locations into latitude and longitude.

Reports

  • Added current ticket status to Ticket Due report.

  • Changed Investigation Detail report to include attachments.

Version 2.31 - March 2009

General

  • Fixed problem with Fax Notifications cutting off the last column of the fax.

  • Changed Ticket Management screen to make Due Date a default column for new users.

  • Corrected issue of inconsistency on My Tix where locates assigned to Screener were shown to users without the correct permissions.

Admin

  • Fixed issue where users were able to status already closed locates without the TICKET.REOPEN right.

  • Created Notification restriction to deliver emails based on user hierarchy.

Time Entry

  • Allow users to enter partial time entry information and save it. Users can edit time entry later to complete and submit it.

Reports

  • Improved the Ticket Services report by making it possible to produce a single page report.

Version 2.29 - February 2009

General

  • In some cases users were not allowed to login to TicketRx without an internet connection, this was corrected.

  • Fixed issue with CSV Export report from Find screen to eliminate formatting errors of report.

  • Change the displayed color of tickets by not coloring worked tickets as "Late"

  • Changed the My Tickets screen to retain column size and order after restart of TicketRx.

  • Include column headers in reports run from the Find screen.

  • Added ability to sort tickets by the "street direction" on the Ticket Manager and My Tickets screen.

  • Allow searched for partial Ticket Type values on the Find screen.

  • Fixed issue that caused only the first ticket to be re-assigned when the "assign-to-me" feature is used with multiple tickets selected.

  • Added Street Number as an optional column on the Ticket Management screen.

  • Display the answers to "locate-level" questions in the Ticket Detail History tab.

  • Addressed issue that caused a "null pointer" exception to be displayed when a sync call was throttled.

  • Use the latitude/longitude as the first choice for mapping tickets in MapPoint.

  • Prevent invalid GPS data from being recorded

Admin

  • Allow separate response codes to be configured for a specific status code depending on whether the activity closes the locate or not.

  • Fixed issue where users were able to use the "Not Yet Marked" status even though they did not have the TICKET.REOPEN right.

Reports

  • Improved the column labels on the Billing Extract report.

  • Fixed issue where "denied" time was included in the Productivity report.

  • Added an option for producing a single-page invoice for Ticket Services.

  • Added the User Region Field to the Time Sheet Exception and Time Sheet Detail reports.

  • Changed the Ticket Management screen to retain column settings as the application is restarted.

  • Updated the Ticket Management screen to include the Ticket Information pane at the bottom of the screen.

  • Fixed issue that caused the Billing Problems section to be blank in the biller check report.

  • Added the Closed Tickets report that provides information about who closed tickets and when they were closed.

  • Fixed the issue that caused some inactive users to be displayed in the Client and Java Version report.

  • To address cases of duplicate term codes, extended the report parameter screens to identify what feed a term code is for.

  • Extended the Locates Added Manually report to include information about how the locates were worked.

  • Corrected issue that caused the wrong logo to be displayed on the ticket services invoice report.

Responders

  • Extended the responder system to allow ticket attachments to be sent as part of responses.

  • Added support for the IRTHNet web services responder.

Version 2.27 - January 2009

General

  • Added the specific date the client version was created in the Help : About screen.

  • Added link to online documentation in the Help menu.

  • Restored the missing password expiration message.

  • Correct the dates displayed on ticket acknowledgment entries in the Ticket History tab.

  • Added Map Location to the Ticket Information pane at the bottom of the Ticket Management screen.

  • Set initial focus to first ticket on My Tix.

Admin

  • Changed the Admin screen for City-County-State Routing Rules to not allow entries without a state value specified.

  • Fixed issue that caused the Remove All button on the Admin : Groups : Permissions screen to not work as expected.

Reports

Responders

  • Added the ability to use a client certificate to authenticate with the IRTHNet responder.

  • Correct issue that caused some items to not be included in the Response Queue report.

Notifications

  • Added a shorter, configurable notification format that is intended to be used with SMS notifications.

Investigations

  • Allow investigations to be associated with an office. This will be populated by default based on the state the investigation is in.

  • Added ability to customize the header on the Investigation Detail Report by office.

Timesheets

  • Fixed display bug on the Time Entry screen Type field.
