Client Changes
Admin
- Added an early, preview version of a feature that allows area polygons to be edited graphically on the Area Admin screen. The user can click-and-drag the polygon points.
- When importing areas from shapefiles, handle shapes that have holes or multiple polygons.
- Added the ability to specify a minimum required length for question answers. This was added to accommodate the minimum length requirements of some responders.
Mapping
- Corrected an issue where the integrated maps sometimes displayed the wrong count of items displayed.
Miscellaneous
- Added a context sensitive Help feature that opens the relevant page in the online documents based on which page is active in the application. This is activated by pressing F1 or selecting Help : TicketRx Help from the application menu. The relevant page from the documentation will open in a web browser.
Tools
- Added a tool to allow bulk email to be sent from a spreadsheet. This is controlled with the TOOLS.SCREEN and TOOLS.BULK.EMAIL rights.
Server Changes
Notifications
- Extended the interval for triggering a photo.missing notification from 15 minutes to 1 hour. So if a photo is not attached to a ticket within 1 hour, the notification is triggered.
Parsing
- Added a parser for North Dakota.
- Adjusted the Illinois parser to read master codes separate from other code
Reports
- Fixed an issue that caused the Audit Comparison report to be empty when run for a large number of feeds.
- Adjusted the CSV version of the Audit Comparison report so it can be run without the full report detail.
- Modified the Ticket Attachment Count report so it will run faster.
- Addressed an issue that caused some Audit Comparison results to be invalid.
Responders
- Fixed an issue that caused some telnet responders to incorrectly report a "not logged in" error.
- Added ticket numbers to the responder.problem notifications.
- Added the option to restrict the responder.problem notification by feed.
