Duplicate Attachments Report

The Duplicate Attachments Report, shown below, reports tickets that have duplicate attachments for a set of utilities.

Report Output

The Duplicate Attachments report contains the following fields:

  • User - user assigned to the area
  • Duplicate Files - the number of duplicate files
  • Ticket Count - the number of tickets that have a duplicate attachments
  • Ticket Numbers - the ticket numbers of the tickets with the duplicate attachments
  • Files - file name of the duplicate attachments
