Running Reports On A Separate Database

Depending on the size of your TicketRx instance database, some reports can be configured to run on a separate reporting database. The reports will only be run on the separate reporting database if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The date range for the report is larger than the date range limit for email reports.
  2. The date range does not include the current or previous day's date.

If a report is run on a separate reporting database, the As Of date/time in the report header is surrounded by asterisks (*).
