Reports

There are several reports that can be performed in TicketRx.

Report Options

All reports have the following options (unless otherwise noted):

  • Output Type - PDF, CSV or XLS
  • Wait or Email - You can either wait for the report or have it emailed to you when the report has finished running.

Running A Report

Once you have specified all parameters and report options, click the Run/Export Report button to run the report.

Report Header

The header of each report contains the following information:

  • Date - date range for which the report was run
  • As of (Email Reports Only) - The data used to create the report is current as of the date/time listed.

Note: The header of some reports may contain additional data.

Sample Report Header

  • Report Name
  • Generated - The date/time that the report was created.
