Contacts

Contacts are managed using the Admin/Contacts screen. Contacts are used when creating manual tickets using the Enter Ticket screen. Adding contacts that are used frequently allows users to select the appropriate contact from the list, rather than having to re-populate the data each time.

The contacts assigned to a ticket are displayed on the Contacts tab of the Ticket Detail screen. Ticket contacts cannot be edited on this screen, it simply provides a read-only view of the contacts assigned to the ticket.
