Services & Fee Schedules

The Services & Fee Schedules report provides a listing of all service lists and their associated fee schedules that match the selected parameters.

Parameters

  • Include inactive service lists - If checked, inactive service lists are included in the report.
  • Include inactive fee schedules - If checked, inactive service fee schedules are included in the report.

Report Output

The Services & Fee Schedules report contains the following fields:

  • Service List
  • Status - specifies whether the service list is active or inactive
  • Default Fee Schedule - the default service fee schedule, as configured on the Admin/Service Fee Schedules screen
  • Utilities - displays a list of all utilities the service list is assigned to
  • Services & Fee Schedule Table - lists all the services assigned to the service list and their associated fees
