Billing

TicketRx customers are invoiced monthly for their service charges in the previous month. The invoice provides a detailed breakdown of the charges for the month. There is an extra data field on each user that allows you to control how users are grouped together on the bill. This feature facilitates allocating costs within your organization. Charges for users that do not use the system for the entire month will be pro-rated on a daily basis.

The minimum monthly charge for the TicketRx service is $300.

Phone Charges

TicketRx can automatically send fax notifications to excavators as locates are worked. If you use this feature, you will also be charged for the phone time used to send faxes on your behalf, as a separate line item on your monthly TicketRx invoice.

Ticket Email Accounts

TicketRx customers generally provide email boxes for receiving incoming ticket transmissions from their call centers and customers. Once you provide TicketRx with the login information for the email boxes, TicketRx will automatically load new tickets into the system. If setting up an email box in this way is a problem, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

Support

Your TicketRx subscription includes access to the TicketRx support team via email or telephone.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Try out TicketRx for 30 days and if you are not satisfied with the product, you can cancel your service and we will waive the TicketRx usage fees.

(TicketRx includes the ability to send faxes on your behalf. If you use this feature, you will be charged for the phone usage even if you cancel within 30 days.)
