Managed Service

We provide TicketRx as a managed, hosted service running in our data center, on our hardware, with our team providing operational support and maintenance. With this service, there is no sign-up fee and no long-term contract. It is a simple pay-as-you-go approach, with a flat fee per user. Count how many locators and managers you have, and that determines your monthly cost. The cost automatically goes up and down as you adjust your staff for seasonal and contract changes.

The price for the TicketRx managed service is $60 per user per month. (If you have more than 500 users, please contact us to discuss volume prices.)

For example, consider a company with the following personnel using TicketRx:

  • 20 locators
  • 3 supervisors
  • 2 managers
  • 1 administrative person

The total number of users is 26, for a monthly cost of 26 x $60 = $1560.

TicketRx includes the ability to send faxes on your behalf. If you use this feature, you will be charged for the phone usage, which is usually quite inexpensive.

For large TicketRx installations, we can optionally deploy TicketRx in your data center, on your hardware. We then operate these servers to provide the same service, priced the same way, as if we host the service in our data center.

Source License

As an alternative to the managed service offering, we also offer a more traditional, enterprise-wide license for TicketRx, optionally including access to the source code, so that your development team could customize and maintain it. We can provide support, maintenance, customizations, and upgrades under a service contract. Please contact us for details about a TicketRx enterprise/source license.

Reseller Agreements

TicketRx customers may resell the TicketRx service, generally bundled with other services.
