Special User Accounts

Client-Access Accounts

Give your clients online access to the system at no additional charge. As a TicketRx subscriber, locating companies may create read-only accounts for their clients to view their tickets and investigations in TicketRx. These read-only accounts are referred to as "client-access" accounts. Up to five client-access accounts are allowed for each of your customers. If more client access accounts are needed, please contact the TicketRx team to discuss your needs. Client access accounts with write access to update tickets, investigations, etc. are charged as normal paying accounts.

Discounted User Accounts

Our basic pricing is very simple - there is a fee for each user. However, we know there are special cases. For example, if you have a few staff members who only very rarely use the TicketRx system, we can arrange for reduced or waived charges for their user accounts. If a user relies on TicketRx to get his/her job done, then he/she is not eligible for a free user account. Each customer may have up to two such discounted or free accounts on an as-needed basis.

Occasionally, there are also people who only periodically use the system. For example, a part-time locator might only be on-call two days a month. Please let us know if you have this situation, and we will talk with you to find out the details concerning how many users you have and the extent of their use, so that we can work out a reduced usage charge for these users.
