After-Hours Work

TicketRx provides tools to help track when employees are working after-hours. It is important for managers to be aware of when the locators in their organization are working.
TicketRx tracks this information and provides reports to help managers detect after-hours use.

After-Hours Tickets

After-hours ticket types are classified by the utility and are handled outside of normal business hours. The utility may classify After-hours tickets by the time that they were called in or by the time that they were worked.

When an After-hours ticket is worked, charges for the locate are increased and locators normally receive some or all of the additional fee. Configuring an "After-hours" Work Type in TicketRx will allow locators to easily indicate which hours should be paid as After-hours.

The higher fees for After-hours locates means that Billing needs to be adjusted also. The TicketRx billing system can determine whether a ticket was worked After-hours and calculate the rates and hours to bill a utility.
