Billing
TicketRx includes a billing system to calculate how much to charge utility companies for performing locating services. The charges are calculated for each locate peformed. The charges can vary based on:
- what utility was located
- how many utilties were located
- how much time was spent
- the distance located
- how recently the site was re-marked
- what the final status of the ticket was
- whether it was an emergency
- whether it was after-hours or on a holiday
- whether it was a standby ticket
- and whether it was a design ticket
