Damage Investigation System
Each damage investigation is added to TicketRx by clicking on the Add Risk button at the top of the TicketRx application. The investigation entry screen has fields for address and ticket number information. You can see in the screen shots that there are red asterisks beside several of the fields. This denotes that that field must be filled in for the damage investigation to be accepted by the TicketRx application.

There are a few drop-down lists and button functions. First of all, next to the When Notified field is a button that brings up a calendar to enter a date. Also within this pop-up window is the time to be entered, in half-hour increments.

Next to the Ticket number field is a Find button that opens up a search window to locate the work ticket in question. The search window has a number of different fields that you can use to search for the work ticket in question, as seen below.
