System Notifications

TicketRx automatically sends notifications when one of these things happen:

  • An emergency ticket arrives.
  • A short-notice ticket arrives.
  • An after-hours emergency ticket is received.
  • An unrecognized transmission arrives from the call center after hours.
  • An audit transmission is received.
  • A ticket is automatically closed.
  • A new damage record is created.
  • A design ticket is received.
  • An email ticket feed fails.
  • A high profile ticket is received.
  • A ticket is determined by the system to not have any relevant locates.
  • An unrecognized transmission is received from the call center.
  • A report fails to run.
  • System disk problems occur.
  • A damage investigation is closed.

TicketRx can send notification of these conditions to multiple people via email or fax. The notification can also be configured differently for different Ticket feeds or utilities. This combination allows the right people to be notified of the issues that are relevant to them.
Notification Setup

The notifications are configured via the TicketRx Admin screen. Simply fill out the given form and click the Save button, selecting the option of a fax notification or an email notification.
