TicketRx

What is TicketRx?

TicketRx is a comprehensive utility locating software product. TicketRx allows users to manage locate tickets in real time. It receives tickets from One Call centers or directly from utility companies, and routes the work to the appropriate locator. It tracks all activity on the tickets, and uses that to provide billing, reports, positive responses, and more.

TicketRx will display different features according to each user's specified login privileges. There is only one login screen. Depending on whether you are a locator, manager or administrator, you will have access to more or less features.

How does it work?

The core system runs as a hosted service on servers in our robust data center, with redundant power and air conditioning, so you don't need computers in a data center to run it, nor an IT staff to keep the servers running.

Users download a client application from the web and connect to the server. After locators connect, they can download and schedule their work for the day. Managers can connect and get real-time data about the work being done.

What does it cost?

TicketRx costs $60 per user per month. There is no setup charge and no minimum contract term.
