Screening Tickets
If your locating company is screening tickets for your customers, you can use the Screen system. Tickets to be screened are flagged in the system. Tickets flagged to be screened are displayed in real-time to the screeners. The display is also updated in real-time to show who is screening each ticket. This prevents multiple people from working the same ticket. Multiple tickets can be screened at the same time.
