The Login screen is the same for all users. The number of available features available to the user, after they log in, depends on the permissions assigned to the user.

Ticket Manager

Managing your tickets has never been easier. TicketRx provides a graphical display of the locators in your part of the organization and a listing of their active tickets. The Ticket Manager feature shows you, at a glance, the tickets that still need to be attended to, and which tickets require immediate activity.

My Tickets

The My Tix feature displays all of the open tickets assigned to the logged in locator. The displayed tickets can be filtered by due date and printed status.

Dashboard

The Dashboard allows managers to see, at a glance, important information concerning TicketRx. It includes graphs and charts that enable rapid monitoring of all activity within the TicketRx system.

Find

The Find feature allows you to search through tickets, investigations and field audits in the TicketRx system. This screen allows you to search using several different criteria including: ticket number, ticket type, due date, work date, city, street, and many other criteria.

Ticket Detail

The Ticket Detail screen is where a ticket is "worked" in TicketRx. It displays all of the transmissions from the call center for this ticket. It lists each utility that needs to be located. Each locate can be marked with a status, and the distance marked or time spent can be recorded. Notes and attachments can also be added to tickets, and ticket history can also be viewed from this screen.

Ticket Planner

The Ticket Planner feature allows you to organize the tickets that are assigned to you. You can click and drag to move tickets and arrange them in the order they will be worked.

Reports

There are many Reports built into TicketRx. Each report has different parameters that can be specified, including customer, user hierarchy, and date range. The reports can be viewed online or saved to files in several different formats.

Field Audit System

The Field Audit System is used to assess the performance and safety of locators. Data entered into the Field Audit System can be accessed via the Find screen and analyzed and output via the Reports screen.

Sync

The Sync feature is used to synchronize the data in your local workstation with the main TicketRx database server. The sync is bi-directional, meaning it uploads the work the locator has done and downloads new tickets from the server.

Enter Ticket

In most cases tickets will flow into the system from call centers and utility companies. However, it is occasionally necessary to manually create a ticket. In those cases the Enter Ticket screen provides a form to enter the ticket details.

Add Risk

The Add Risk screen is used to enter new damage investigations into the TicketRx system. The investigation entry screen has fields such as addressing and ticket number information.

Investigate

The Investigate screen is used to edit existing damage investigations. This screen can be used to add facilities, estimates and invoices to a damage investigation.

Time Entry

The Time Entry screen is used to enter and review the time worked each day. A locator can submit new timesheets, and view and edit existing time entries within TicketRx. Once entered, time entries can be submitted for approval by the locator's manager.

Time Approval

The Time Approval button is used by managers to approve the timesheets for their locators. A locator's timesheets are submitted through TicketRx to the locator's manager. The times are displayed as a grid showing the hours worked for each locator on each day. Managers can choose to approve or deny the time entries for each day.

Admin

The Admin screen is used to configure how TicketRx functions. For example, there are screens to administer users, billing options, notifications sent by the system, and many other aspects of the TicketRx system.

Screening

If your locating company is screening tickets for your customers, then you can use the Screening system. Tickets to be screened are flagged in the TicketRx system.
