Ticket Detail
The process of working a ticket is performed on the Ticket Detail in TicketRx.
The Ticket Detail screen is designed to work well on a variety of PC displays, from the newest widescreen LCD monitors and laptop screens to older, smaller monitors and laptop screens. The dynamic layout of the Ticket Detail screen allows it to adjust accordingly to the size of the display it is being viewed on.
The Ticket Detail screen Detail tab provides the primary features needed by locators to work tickets, minimizing the amount of time spent switching between various screens.
When using the Ticket Detail screen in TicketRx, it is possible for locators to work a ticket in as little as 2 clicks. This streamlined process will decrease the amount of time spent working a ticket, maximizing the productivity of locators in the field.
