The system requirements for the TicketRx client application are as follows:

Internet Connection:

Managers, supervisors, administrative users, and others who run reports, monitor the dashboard, and configure the system via the admin system need to have an active internet connection.

Locators, who simply work tickets, only need a periodic internet connection to upload saved changes to tickets and to download new tickets. If wireless internet access is not available to locators in the field, an office connection is sufficient to sync at the beginning and at the end of the work day.

Several Wireless providers, such as AT&T,Verizon and Sprint, offer wireless internet services.
